Arezzo

A hidden secret often overlooked for the more well known Tuscan Towns Arezzo is home to museums, churches and the fantastic sloping Piazza Grande which hosts the monthly huge antique fair. With Architecture, cafes, restaurants and high end shops dotted the length of the Corso Italia Arezzo is well worth a visit.

Monterchi

The Beautiful village and former border fortress of Monterchi maintains it medieval appearance narrow streets dotted with small workshops and village cafes. The ramparts offer 360 degree views of the surrounding countryside. Monterchi is famous for being one of the homes of Piero della Francesca, one of the greatest Italian painters of the 15th Century. His masterpiece Madonna del Parto, a fresco painted in 1459 can be seen inside the Church of Santa Maria a Momentana in Monterchi.

Caprese Michelangelo

The Birthplace of Michelangelo Buonarroti painter, sculptor, architect and poet. Famous for the sculpture of David and the Sistine Chapel ceiling among many other works.
